MOST IMPORTANT STEPS NEEDED TO START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY.

In life or in fitness the beginning is always the hardest part. Once you go through that beginning phase it all becomes a habit. I remember the first day I went to the gym, it was such a hard experience that I decided that I will never go to the gym again. This one is relatable, right? It’s the story of 90% of the gym-goers. But I had always in my mind that what was the purpose of me joining the gym which was: 

 (a) To look good and attractive.

 (b) To have a good personality.

 (c) To have the attention of others.

 (d) To live a more disciplined life.

 (e) To stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.

 ROLE OF VISUALISING IN FITNESS

 When I visualized myself having a good physique and getting everyone’s attention then despite of not wanting to wake up and go to the gym and I decided “NO” If I want to achieve the desired results then I need to do the efforts that’s required. Steps you can follow to let visualization do the magic are:

(a) Before going to sleep visualize how would you look if you give 1 year to your fitness goals.

(b) Maintain a diary and write the things you want along your fitness journey.

 (c) Choose a role-model and watch videos or view images of that person.

It will surely help you achieve your fitness goals If you religiously follow these steps.

STAYING IN COMFORT ZONE IS THE BIGGEST HURDLE

Comfort zone prevents you from achieving anything great in life. You have to choose one between comfort zone or success. Body will say “Take rest and sleep those extra few hours in the morning” but the discipline will help you to get up and go to the gym. There’s a saying “NO PAIN NO GAIN”. You must have heard and seen it everywhere but never got into it to know the real meaning of it. Not in fitness but in life-in general the things that are easy will never make you look extraordinary. It’s easier said than done but don’t worry I will say the steps that you must follow to stay away from comfort zone;

  (a) Do a list for the day like for how many hours you will workout and what foods to eat for the day.

  (b) Give a alarm on your phone that will ring every 1hr to wake you up when you get distracted from your fitness goals.

  (c) Paste posters of your favourite fitness models on the walls of your bedroom.

The most important thing is that you need to involve yourself fully in this journey and always believe in yourself that “YES I CAN AND I WILL”

Just by seeing the image you must have instantly felt good. Don’t worry it happens with everyone because deep down you know that you want to stay fit and look attractive but only thing that’s stopping you is laziness and weak mindset.
